XG-100/J pneumatic washing and filling machine is a newly developed automatic drinking water washing and filling machine adopts new tech catering for market demands.

♥Work process of the machine

Three work sections for washing buckets:

With CLO2  spray for 25sec at 1nd work section.

2.Wash for 20 sec at 2rd work section,

3.Wash for 10 sec at 3rd work section,

B.Fill pure water

After washing water bottle clean and the bottle fall off to filling parts, pull the empty bottle to fill water site. Filling section fill water into bottle after pure water wash, time 18~40sec , adjustable. After fill water to full, the next bottle fall off, pull the second empty bottle along with the first full one at the same time, when pass capping section, to cap and pull heads, pull the bottles to press cap section, when pull bottle cylinder returns , press cap head press the cap tightly, press cap tray is adjustable. When the third bottle fall off and pull it ahead ,pull process completes.

Adjustable filling time

1. If water is not full, when filling section pull bottle, press start button do not leave go of, when it begins to fill water, leave go off and start switch, when it reaches your satisfied water level, press start switch once then leave go off  so as to adjust filling time. If you are not satisfied with the water level, commission according to the same method.

2. Fully open all filling glove valve when commission, when little water overfull, commission completes, open the global valve little so that filling water  level  reach bottle mouth.

All processes can be completed in 30sec.

 ♥Operation process

Preparation before operating

1. Wash all work section parts, flume and

sterilization water tank to clean with tap water.

2. Pour CLO2 disinfectant to water trough of 1st

work section of washing, let it flow to sterilizing water tank.

Effective volume of sterilization water tank is 60L.Content of CLO2 disinfectant is within350~400PPM,

Change CLO2 disinfectant once after wash 300pcs(5G)water buckets.

3.Wash water tank: Drain left water in the water tank before everyday work, fill 15L ClO2 disinfectants 400PPM and immerse 15min, drain the disinfectant and wash clean with tap water, then pour into pure water.
